On 6 May 2020, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Construction in the " Guide to Promoting the Construction of Smart Sites" called for strengthening the application of intelligent safety supervision, and clarified that the application of smart site technology should focus on monitoring and early warning of hazardous sub-parts of the project, as well as on-site safety and hidden danger investigation, dynamic management of personnel information, and other five aspects and a unified integrated platform.

On 7 April 2022, the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Housing and Construction issued the "2022 Work Points of the Province's Construction Industry", which requires in-depth special rectification of production safety in construction, continuous promotion of the construction of intelligent sites, continuous improvement of the real name system management of construction workers, strengthening research on the application of smart site technology, and solving the difficulty of data processing and analysis in the current construction of smart sites.
