On April 22nd, the M-BOX Music Troupe was established. The coach used a highly rhythmic warm-up exercise to help everyone quickly break the ice.
The team is divided into 6 teams, named after lotus, rose, plum, gardenia, winter jasmine, and the internet rich "money flower". The slogan and team song are determined. The 6 teams engage in a painting competition, using team flowers as the theme and incorporating small visual elements to create a creative collective painting on the wall constructed by the cardboard box. Subsequently, the friends worked together to create a "Dream Building with One Heart and Aspiration at the Peak" and took a group photo as a souvenir~
Climb Mount Huangshan to the top
The misty rain on Mount Huangshan is picturesque.On the morning of April 23rd, everyone put on their climbing equipment, put on their energy packs, and set off towards the Bright Summit! Through Taiping Cableway, you can successively arrive at Paiyun Pavilion, Feilaishi, Guangming Peak, Aoyu Peak and Greeting Pine, and enjoy the wonderful peaks and mountains of Mount Huangshan Mountain. On the way to the mountain, six teams launched a task challenge, completing interactive small games such as Hanoi Tower, One Top 12, Crossing A4 Paper, and Creative Group Photos to cultivate team understanding. At the Guangming Summit, the kids took group photos to record the unforgettable moment of conquering Mount Huangshan Mountain~
Eighth anniversary celebration, grateful for having you
On the evening of April 23, the eighth anniversary celebration and award dinner were held in Tiandu Hall of Mount Huangshan Rongyi Resort Hotel. Minivision Technology CEO Yang Fan delivered a speech thanking the employees for their hard work. The conference awarded the "Along the Way, Gratitude for Having You" trophy to the eight year old employees. On April 24th, Minivision Technology's 2023 Annual Employee Conference was grandly held. After collective deliberation, the conference passed the new version of the Employee Handbook through a vote of all members. CEO Yang Fan carried out full promotion and implementation of the company's 2023 strategic plan.
Yang Fan used the words "endogenous change", "more resilient growth", and "opportunistic quantitative change" to set the tone for the company's development direction, clarifying the strategic positioning and medium to long-term development plans of each sector.
He mentioned: "In the future, Minivision Technology not only needs to expand the market, but also needs to explore and deeply cultivate industry lines, and continue to focus on and strengthen its production and research capabilities."
