Recently, the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China announced the "Regulations on Fire Safety Management of High rise Civil Buildings". The Regulations shall come into effect from August 1, 2021.
The Regulations state that those who violate one of the following behaviors shall be ordered by fire rescue agencies to make corrections, and business units and individuals shall be fined between 2000 yuan and 10000 yuan, while non business units and individuals shall be fined between 500 yuan and 1000 yuan.
1. Engaging in open flame operations such as electric welding and gas welding in high-rise civil buildings without completing the approval procedures or making public announcements, or failing to implement on-site monitoring measures for fire protection;
2. Outdoor billboards or decorations installed in high-rise civil buildings hinder smoke control, evacuation, and fire rescue, or alter or damage the fire protection structure of the building facade;
3. Failure to set up warning and warning signs for external wall insulation materials, or failure to repair damaged, cracked, and detached external wall insulation systems in a timely manner;
4. Failure to implement the duty system in the fire control room according to regulations, or arranging personnel who do not meet the corresponding conditions to be on duty;
5. Failure to establish full-time fire brigades, volunteer fire brigades, and other fire protection organizations in accordance with regulations;
6. Failure to make a public announcement, develop an emergency plan, or implement preventive measures when building fire protection facilities need to be discontinued due to maintenance or other reasons;
7. Parking or charging electric bicycles in public lobbies, evacuation corridors, stairwells, and emergency exits of high-rise civil buildings, but refusing to make corrections.
After the announcement of the "Regulations", the prohibition of parking electric vehicles and debris in corridors has become a focus of attention on the internet. The law enforcement department reminds us that the corridor is a passage for homeowners to enter and exit their homes, as well as an evacuation route for community residents, and also a vital passage for high-rise building homeowners.
However, the existing monitoring can only be used for post recording calls and cannot provide real-time warnings; For electric vehicles parked in hallways, it is not possible to quickly locate the owner; Property management personnel are limited and cannot achieve real-time tracking. Relying solely on human maintenance cannot achieve effective management. The property management personnel exclaimed, "It's too difficult to do this job.
Electric vehicles are made of flammable materials and can release a large amount of toxic gases once caught on fire, which can easily cause serious harm to nearby people. It is imperative to prevent electric vehicles from entering elevators and corridors. Minivision connects to the Minivision star edge host through a camera for algorithmic empowerment of the camera. Equipped with the Minivision star edge analysis host, the intelligent management solution for electric vehicles can effectively achieve pre detection, real-time analysis, and post tracking, thereby effectively solving the problem of difficult management for electric vehicles entering the corridor and reducing the occurrence of dangerous events.
01 Accurate detection and timely reminder
The cameras installed in underground garages, elevator cars, corridors, and other areas in residential areas, office buildings, commercial complexes, etc., equipped with the "electric vehicle entering elevator" algorithm, can quickly identify and report violations. The algorithm supports precise detection in complex scenarios such as multiple angles and corridors with debris and light.
02 One screen presentation for auxiliary management
The Minivision star image edge analysis host analyzes and judges the images captured by the camera. All data and images are transmitted to the Minivision Star Link platform to achieve a "one screen display". At the same time, it supports various methods such as SMS, WeChat, email, telephone voice, system pop-up, etc. to provide alarms, helping the property quickly discover, analyze, process, eliminate potential hazards, and assist in refined management of the property.

In addition to intelligent management solutions for electric vehicles, Minivision also supports intelligent fire management solutions. Residential areas, office buildings, commercial complexes, and other places can achieve intelligent fire management by arranging intelligent terminals in fire exits, evacuation routes, or other key areas, combined with fire analysis, smoke/flame detection, smoking detection algorithms, and reasonable allocation. The plan can be used to specifically monitor the debris piles in the hallway, as well as to guard the passage of fire trucks. It can also focus on the smoke and flames in key areas. Once a danger occurs, it can be detected and alerted as soon as possible to assist the property or fire personnel in resolving the crisis.

In addition, Minivision also supports more than 30 algorithms such as human-machine safety, personnel safety, pet detection, garbage detection, high-altitude throwing, dog walking without leash, and community management occupying roads, comprehensively safeguarding community safety and truly defining the eye of the community. While improving the level of community management services, it also makes services more warm.
