Yesterday, the group standard T/NJAF 001-2021 "Construction Specification for High Altitude Parabolic Intelligent Video Monitoring System" (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification") proposed by the Nanjing Security Association and Minivision Technology, with the participation of 12 units including the Nanjing Security Association, the Nanjing Public Security Bureau Technical Prevention Office, and the Nanjing Public Security Bureau Criminal Investigation Bureau, was officially released.
The "Specification" specifies the system design requirements, engineering construction requirements, inspection and acceptance for the construction of an intelligent video surveillance system for high-altitude throwing, and will be officially implemented from November 18, 2021.
Minivision's deep participation and drafting of this document not only demonstrates its outstanding strength in the field of high-altitude parabolic intelligent detection technology, but also an important step in promoting the development of smart city construction.
With the official sentencing of "high-altitude throwing", it is not only a moral issue, but also a public safety issue. In recent years, Minivision has successively participated in the development of landmarks and group landmarks such as the "Safety Prevention Requirements for High Altitude Parabolism in Residential Communities" in Shenzhen and the "Technical Specification for Safety Prevention of High Altitude Parabolism in Residential Buildings" by the Suzhou Security Association. With the core technology of smart vision, it constrains the behavior of high altitude Parabolism and promotes the construction of smart cities to a new level.
The People's Daily talked about the rectification of "high-altitude throwing" and stated that in order to achieve the goal of eliminating safety hazards, legal and technological means are essential. However, often due to reasons such as high floors, a time difference between objects being thrown and landing, and fast object falling speed, there are very few witnesses to high-altitude throwing behavior, making it difficult for relevant departments to trace the responsible person.
The Minivision high-altitude parabolic intelligent detection solution is designed specifically for high-altitude parabolic prevention and control. The plan adopts a high-precision intelligent algorithm embedded in the intelligent camera for deep learning, which can efficiently achieve real-time and accurate tracking and warning of high-altitude throwing events, effectively preventing the occurrence of dangerous high-altitude throwing events.
