Recently, the group standard "Construction Requirements for Residential High Altitude Parabolic Safety Prevention System" (T/SSPIA 001-2022) (hereinafter referred to as "Requirements") proposed and centralized by the Suzhou Safety Technology Prevention Industry Association and drafted by 16 units including Xiaoshi Technology (Nanjing Zhenshi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) was officially released and implemented on July 1st.
High altitude throwing has always been regarded as a "pain hanging over the city", posing a great threat to the safety of urban residents' lives and property. In recent years, its legal punishment has also been increasing.
Article 1254 of the Civil Code stipulates: "It is prohibited to throw objects from buildings... Property service enterprises and other building managers shall take necessary safety measures to prevent the occurrence of the situations specified in the preceding paragraph." The Criminal Law Amendment (11) implemented in March last year also added the crime of throwing objects from high altitude.
Based on solving the problem of high-altitude throwing and improving the efficiency of urban governance, the Suzhou Safety Technology Prevention Industry Association, in collaboration with Xiaoshi Technology and other units, has proposed the need to develop a high-altitude throwing group standard and jointly complete the formulation of the "Requirements".

The "Requirements" stipulate the requirements for the construction of residential high-altitude parabolic safety prevention systems, including civil defense, material defense, and technical defense, as well as the requirements for system design, construction, acceptance, and operation and maintenance. The "Requirements" are applicable to high-altitude parabolic safety prevention system engineering that meets the requirements of GB50352-2019 "Unified Standard for Civil Building Design" for various types of residential construction, renovation, and expansion. They are the basic basis for the design, construction, acceptance, and operation of high-altitude parabolic safety prevention systems for various types of residential buildings.
The development of the 'Requirements' can provide standard and normative support for industry regulation and safety assessment of high-altitude throwing. Xiaoshi Technology's deep participation in the drafting process demonstrates the company's technical strength in the field of high-altitude throwing.

Minivision Technology High Altitude Parabolic Solution
Minivision technology uses high-definition intelligent cameras equipped with high-precision AI algorithms to monitor and obtain evidence of high-altitude throwing behavior, which can effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of high-altitude throwing.

The Minivision high-altitude parabolic intelligent camera can identify heavy objects falling from low floors and achieve synchronous detection of multiple objects; By filtering through intelligent algorithms, it effectively reduces natural environmental interference and is suitable for various complex scenarios during the day and night.
While controlling the false alarm rate, the algorithm detection accuracy is improved to over 90%, achieving precise identification, trajectory recording, second level response, and real-time warning. Through the AIOT digital intelligence service management platform, managers can query event records and assist in event tracking and tracing.
In multiple smart community projects in Jiangsu and other provinces and cities, Minivision Technology has deployed a high-altitude parabolic intelligent monitoring system that achieves the goal of pre prevention and post accountability, effectively suppressing high-altitude parabolic incidents, enhancing residents' sense of safety, and helping to build a harmonious, civilized, and secure community environment.
