On September 6th, the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center held the "2023 Artificial Intelligence Integration Development and Security Application Forum". As one of the series of sectors of the 2023 China International Service Trade Fair (referred to as the "Service Trade Fair"), this forum aims to build a communication and exchange platform, promote the deepening integration and secure development of artificial intelligence with various industries.
At the forum, the release ceremony of "2023 Typical Cases of Artificial Intelligence Integration Development and Security Application" was held, and the smart vision three violation management platform applied by Minivision Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was selected as a "pilot type" case.
Focusing on the digitization of the mining industry, Wang Zhonglin, Vice President of Minivision Technology, delivered a keynote speech on "The Practice of Scenario-driven Artificial Intelligence in the Transformation of Digital Intelligence in the Mining Industry", sharing Minivision Technology's technological exploration and practical experience.
Taking coal mines as an example, the goal of industrial digitization and intelligent upgrading is to achieve full data connectivity among the five major systems of mining, excavation, machinery, transportation, and communication. Ultimately, at the level of enterprise production and operation management, it aims to achieve cost reduction, efficiency improvement, personnel reduction, safety increase, and intrinsic safety.
How can artificial intelligence technology play a role in mine intelligence? Wang Zhonglin said, "The demand comes from the scene, and technology should serve the intelligent upgrade of the scene. To generate value, artificial intelligence technology needs to penetrate into the entire process of enterprise production management." Taking the management of safety production violations as an example, first of all, it is necessary to clarify the operation standards, that is, what the operation requirements are; The next step is to monitor the entire production process, achieving intelligent and digital process management; Finally, based on the digital evaluation results, complete the digital assessment and form a business loop. In practice, Minivision Technology has formed a set of "intelligent vision technology definition three-step method" based on scene value - clarifying job standards and specifications, defining technology implementation plans, and double closed-loop information and management.
Taking the alcohol testing of personnel in coal mining enterprises before entering the well as an example, he analyzed the actual implementation process of the three-step method. Article 13 of the Coal Mine Safety Production Regulations clearly stipulates that drinking alcohol is strictly prohibited before entering the mine (site). At the production site, personnel must go through a strict physical examination process before entering the well. Xiaoshi Technology applies intelligent visual technology for video recognition, intelligently detecting situations such as not being inspected in the well, not being inspected at the designated location, insufficient inspection time, not walking into the well passage or evacuation passage, and pushing automatic alarm information. The scene data collected by front-end devices can be automatically pushed to the management platform and enterprise OA system, forming a dual loop of data flow and management system.
Alcohol testing is just one of many production scenarios. On the implementation of the project, Minivision Technology has built a smart visual three violation management platform and an intelligent visual center platform for Shanxi Pengfei Group, covering dozens of production scenarios, including 21 well scenes and 70 underground scenes. The production units served by this project are not only coal mines, but also coking plants, coal washing plants, hydrogen energy bases, etc.
