Recently, the 2023 China Computing Power Conference, jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was held in Yinchuan, Ningxia.

As a landmark conference in the field of computing power and the digital economy in China, this conference is themed with the theme of "empowering high-quality development through the trend of computing power in new industries", comprehensively exchanging the development achievements of the computing power industry and building a platform for exchange and cooperation. During the forum, the signing ceremony of the "AI Empowered Urban Safety Ecological Alliance" was held. At the "Computing Power Empowering Industrial Economy" sub forum, Ningxia Telecom, together with several leading companies including Minivision Technology, jointly released the "Industrial Industry Video AI Algorithm Warehouse Solution".

This solution can provide real-time video processing and analysis capabilities, aiming to assist industrial enterprises in establishing safety production risk monitoring and warning systems, improve the safety management level of parks and enterprises, reduce safety accident risks, and reduce enterprise operating costs. During the conference, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the Ningxia Autonomous Region Government, Tsinghua University, the National Information Center, China Telecom, and the China Institute of Information and Communications jointly launched the "Artificial Intelligence Partnership Plan" to build an open cooperation platform for the entire computing power industry chain. Minivision Technology has signed a "Framework Cooperation Agreement for Artificial Intelligence Partner Program" with Ningxia Telecom and Digital Ningxia Construction and Operation Co., Ltd., officially becoming one of the participants in the "Partner Program" and establishing a collaborative relationship in the computing power industry.
