Article 1254 of the Civil Code stipulates

Throwing objects from a height will be defined as a criminal offence from 1 March 2021. If the circumstances are serious, the offender will be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of up to one year, criminal detention or public surveillance, and fined concurrently or independently.
